  1. 1 To 18 GHz Microwave Power Amplifiers

    AR offers world class solid state power amplifiers designed for various EW, EMC and communication’s applications. You can have chip & wire hybrid modules from 0.7 - 6GHz to 100 watts or benchtops designs up to 500 watts CW. Benchtop units from 6-18 GHz are also available in 20 and 40 watts CW Class A models. For added versatility, AR can also supply dual band single housed units covering the full 1-18 GHz band with a high power of 60 watts up to 6 GHz and 40 watts from 6 – 18 GHz.

  2. Ka-Band TWT Amplifier: dB-3861

    The dB-3861 is a Ka-Band TWT Amplifier with a power supply topology that uses proprietary low-noise, high-efficiency designs to operate the RF signal path. This amplifier features an operating frequency range of 32 to 36 GHz, and a minimum peak output power of 400 Watts at a duty cycle of up to 25 percent.

  10. 100 Watt Wideband RF Power Amplifier: KAW2020M16

    The Model KAW2020M16 is a Class AB wideband RF power amplifier delivering in excess of 100 Watts into a 50-Ohm load over the frequency range of 220 MHz to 245 MHz. Power gain is a minimum of 50 dB minimum. The system features forward and reflected power indication on a front panel-mounted analog meter; over-drive protection; full VSWR protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage, and over-current. System is CW rated with fast keying option less than 100nsec on/off time. The Model KAW2020M16 is a 19-inch rack-mount unit, 3.5 inches high and 20 inches deep. Construction is completely modular; all subassemblies are readily removable. The amplifier operates from 100-240 VAC, 47-63 Hz line.
