Skyworks’ SKY85330-11 is an 802.11b/g/n 256 QAM WLAN RF front-end module (FEM) providing all the functionality of a fully matched power amplifier (PA), power detector, low-noise amplifier (LNA), and single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. This FEM is ideal for use in, 802.11ac set-top boxes, networking, and personal computer systems, PC cards, PCMCIA cards, mini-cards, and half mini-cards, and WLAN enabled wireless video systems.

  2. Integrated RF Assemblies

Corry Micronics offers a new family of RF integrated assemblies designed to work across multiple frequencies in a variety of applications. These RF filter and amplifier modules feature several modulation types in a modular design structure.

  3. 125 Watt CW, 1.0 GHz – 2.5 GHz Solid-State Amplifier: Model 125S1G2z5

AR offers the Model 125S1G2z5 self-contained, air-cooled, broadband, solid-state amplifier ideal for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain and linearity are required. When used with an RF sweep generator, this amplifier will nominally provide over 125 watts of power. The device is also protected from RF input overdrive by an RF input leveling circuit which controls the RF input level to the RF amplifier first stage when the RF input level is increased above 0 dBm.

  4. Filter Products For 5G FR2 Bands

Knowles Precision Devices (DLI) offers filter technology that addresses the challenge of implementing high-performance filters at mmWave frequencies. Their 26 GHz, 28 GHz, and 39 GHz filter solutions deliver 3 GHz of bandwidth, greater than 50 dB rejection, and are 20x smaller than current alternatives while implemented in surface mount packages for standard tune-free assembly. They are capable of stable operation within the -55°C to +125°C temperature range. Custom design services are available.

  5. X-Band, GaN/SiC Power Transistor: IGT1112M90

Integra Technologies offers the IGT1112M90 X-band, GaN/SiC power transistor designed to meet the requirements of radar systems operating in the X-band. Operating in the 10.8 – 11.8 GHz frequency range with under 150µs, 10% duty cycle pulse conditions, the device supplies a minimum of 90 W of peak output power, with an associated 9 dB of gain and 35% efficiency.

  6. 1805 – 1880 MHz 0.5 W High-Efficiency Amplifier: QPA9903

Qorvo offers the QPA9903 high efficiency, linearizable power amplifier designed for Band 3 small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. With InGaP/GaAs HBT technology, this amplifier delivers high efficiency of 35% at +28dBm average output power while providing excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -50dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 60 MHz.

  7. Microwave Wideband Synthesizer With Integrated VCO: ADF5610

Analog Devices offers the ADF5610 microwave wideband synthesizer with an integrated VCO. This device allows implementation of fractional-N or Integer N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. The wideband microwave voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) design allows frequencies from 57 MHz to 14,600 MHz to be generated with an output frequency ranging from 7,300 MHz to 14,600 MHz.

  8. Field Master Pro™: MS2090A

The Field Master Pro™ MS2090A RF spectrum analyzer continuous frequency coverage of 9 kHz – 54 GHz delivers performance never previously available in a compact, touchscreen handheld spectrum analyzer.

Maximize transmitter power and spurious testing with 100 MHz modulation bandwidth, best-in-class phase noise performance, and ±0.5 dB typical amplitude accuracy. RTSA spans of 20 MHz (standard) to 100 MHz (optional) provides the ultimate signal analysis and interference capture tool. A DANL of -164 dBm and TOI of 20 dBm (typical) make measurements like spectrum clearing, radio alignment, harmonic, and distortion even more accurate than ever before.
