The CHPA0618-1 ultra-broadband power amplifier incorporates gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology into CAP’s revolutionary, patented Spatium™ broadband spatial combining architecture to achieve outstanding solid state power levels across the amplifier’s extended 6-18 GHz frequency range.

This solid state broadband power amplifier operates in the 20-1000 MHz frequency range and delivers 100W output power. It’s ideal to use as a broadband power amplifier building block in electronic attack, digital communications, and test and measurement applications in the UHF/VHF frequency bands

SAGE Millimeter offers the Model STB-7531142515-1010-S1 broadband benchtop driver amplifier operating over the 75 to 110 GHz frequency range for use in bench top power amplification, antenna range, and power boosting applications. The amplifier features a typical small signal gain of 25 dB, a nominal P1dB of +15 dBm and Psat of +18 dBm.

AR’s Model AR-50SE is designed as a fully automatic band-switching RF booster amplifier for multi-band tactical radio equipment. Covering the 30 to 88 MHz frequency band, this amplifier uses high speed auto switching filters to assure harmonic suppression.

The ML1590 is a wideband RF/IF/ audio military grade amplifier designed to support mature circuit designs in military systems, video amplifiers, mixers, and staged IF amplifiers. It can also be used in navigation test instrumentation and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) applications.
