The SKY66101-11 RF and SE2435L are front-end modules (FEMs) designed specifically for industrial, scientific, medical (ISM) band applications with operation in the 902-928 MHz, or 860-930 MHz frequency range. These devices feature a fully matched 50 Ω input and output, and RF blocks that operate over a 2.0-4.8 V range for use in a wide range of battery powered applications.

Skyworks offers the new SKY68001-31 LTE universal multi-band front-end module made for cellular IoT modem devices targeting LPWAN, LTE universal modem products operating in low-band B5/B8/B12/B13/B17/B18/B19/B20/B26 and mid-band B1/B2/B3/B4/B25/B39/B66 frequencies, and PAE optimized for Class 3 LTE output power. The cost-optimized module features a low-loss post-PA transmit front end for enhanced efficiency, a broadband PA supporting APT mode of operation or Vcc fixed supply, and integrated low-pass filters for harmonic rejection.

Avago Technologies’ GPS Filter-LNA-Filter Front-End Module: ALM-2712 is an ultra low-noise GPS front-end module that combines a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with GPS FBAR filters. The LNA uses Avago Technologies’ proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process to achieve high gain with very low noise figure and high linearity.

These transmit/receive front end modules (FEMs) operate in the 169 to 170 MHz frequency range and are ideal for automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructure, ISM systems, and other current-sensitive applications. Two different models are available. The SKY65367-11 Front End Module includes a Power Amplifier (PA) capable of more than +29 dBm of transmit output power, and the SKY66100-11 FEM includes a Power Amplifier (PA) capable of more than +24 dBm of transmit output power.

The SKY85203-11 is a front-end module designed for 802.11b/g/n set-top boxes, mobile devices, gaming consoles, and tablets. It integrates an SP3T switch and an LNA with a bypass mode. The module comes in a QFN, 12-pin 2 x 2 x 0.45mm package and has a 14dB receive gain, a noise figure of 2.1dB, and a Transmit/Bluetooth® path loss of 0.7dB.
