NuWaves Engineering’s 13G05A is an L-band, solid-state power amplifier covering the 800 to 2000 MHz frequency range. It has a 35 Watt (minimum) RF output power, 45 dB gain, -15 dBc (maximum) 2nd harmonic, a 0 dBm nominal drive level, a +15 dBm maximum input drive level (no damage), and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85oC.

The dB-4410 TWTA (Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier) uses gain linearization to amplify complex waveforms with multiple pulse patterns and bursts, modulation schemes, and counter-jamming capabilities. This makes it ideal for use in radar, ECM, and communication systems. This amplifier features a modular construction, High-Reliability, a wide bandwidth, a very low phase noise, MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD 704 compliance, and qualification for military airborne environments.

PAM-1840H Preamplifier PAM-1840H Preamplifier

The PAM-1840H is a preamplifier designed to operate in the 18 MHz to 40 GHz frequency range, and increase system sensibility by at least 20 dB. This device has a rugged compact design for measuring applications in the EMC lab or out in the field for general RFI testing. Other features include a 4.5 dB noise figure, 6 dBm output power at 1 dB compression, and 2.9 mm female connectors.
