SATCOM Amplifiers SATCOM Amplifiers

AR has addressed the military SATCOM market with a dedicated SATCOM amplifier the KMW2050 and a multi-band amplifier the KMW2030. Both of these products are JITC certified to be used with military transceivers for UHF SATCOM operation

Wideband 7.5-18 GHz, 300 W TWT Amplifier With Gain Linearization Wideband 7.5-18 GHz, 300 W TWT Amplifier With Gain Linearization

The dB-4410 TWTA (Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier) uses gain linearization to amplify complex waveforms with multiple pulse patterns and bursts, modulation schemes, and counter-jamming capabilities. This makes it ideal for use in radar, ECM, and communication systems. This amplifier features a modular construction, High-Reliability, a wide bandwidth, a very low phase noise, MIL-STD-461E and MIL-STD 704 compliance, and qualification for military airborne environments.

High Power Amplifiers High Power Amplifiers

High Power Amplifiers by api technologies are ideal for a wide variety of applications and solutions. These include broadband jamming, satellite links, test equipment, military communications, electronic warfare, transmitters, digital control, PA modules with integrated PSU, pulsed radar, and transmitters.

CATV Hybrid Power Double Amplifier Module: QPA3250 CATV Hybrid Power Double Amplifier Module: QPA3250

Qorvo’s QPA3250 is a hybrid power double amplifier module ideally used for Node+x and deep fiver node systems and CATV amplifier systems operating in the 45 – 1218 MHz range. Employing a GaAs pHEMT die and GaN die, the part offers extremely high output up to 76.8 dBmV composite power or 67 dBmV virtual level power.

Two Stage, High Linearity And High Gain Low-Noise Amplifier: SKY67180-306LF Two Stage, High Linearity And High Gain Low-Noise Amplifier: SKY67180-306LF

The SKY67180-306LF low-noise amplifier (LNA) operates in the 1.5 – 3.8 GHz frequency range and features active bias and high linearity performance. In addition to the high linearity, the output stage also provides high gain. The advanced GaAs pHEMT enhancement mode front end device provides ultra-low noise figure. Stable performance over temperature and process variation are a direct result of the amplifier’s active bias circuitry.
