PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This wireless front-end-module features the functionality of a power amplifier, a power detector, a transmit/receive T/R) switch, and a diplexer with additional filtering and associated matching functionality. It’s been designed to provide a complete 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz WLAN RF solution in a QFN 28-pin, 4.0 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm package.

NEC's UPC2711TB and UPC2712TB are Silicon MMIC Wideband Amplifiers manufactured using NEC's 20 GHz fT NESATTM III silicon bipolar process. These devices are designed for use as buffer amps in DBS tuners. The UPC2711/ 12TB are pin compatible and have comparable performance as the larger UPC2711/12T, so they are suitable for use as a replacement to help reduce system size. These IC's are housed in a 6 pin super minimold or SOT-363 package.
The AFEM-7750 is a fully matched CDMA Front-End Module featuring the integration of Power Amplifier, Duplexer, Band-pass Filter and coupler.

The Mini-Circuits PHA-1+ Ultra High Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifier supports low intermodulation amplification over the broad frequency range of 50 MHz to 6 GHz. This design provides a unique combination of high output IP3 (typically +42 dBm) while maintaining a noise figure less than 3 dB up to 4 GHz and typical gain of 14 dB at 2 GHz.

Silicon MMIC amplifier consisting of an NPN double polysilicon transistor with integrated biasing for low voltage applications in a plastic, 4-pin dual-emitter SOT343R package.
Mimix Broadband’s 2 to 18 GHz GaAs MMIC distributed low noise amplifier has a small signal gain of 9.0 dB with a noise figure of 4.5 dB across the band. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband’s 0.3 µm GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon optical beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity
The RF6505 3.3V, 2.4GHz Front End Module integrates a complete solution in a single Front End Module (FEM) for WLAN and ZigBee® applications in the 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz band. This FEM integrates the PA plus harmonic filter in the transmit path and the LNA with bypass mode in the receive side. It provides a single balanced TDD access for RX and TX paths along with two ports on the output for connecting a diversity solution or a test port.
RFMD’s RF5516 3.3V 5GHz 802.11a/n Front-End Module features a single supply voltage of 3.0V to 4.8V, an integrated 5Ghz Amplifier, an LNSA, and a SPT2T TX/RX Switch. It’s ideal for IEEE802.11a WiFi, and 5GHz ISM Band applications, and with portable battery powered equipment.
